RULES

ENTRIES

 

The ENTRY Period begins on Sunday, June 1, 2025 and ends at midnight on July 31st, 2025.

 

Entry in the “Munchkins of Mirehaven Pet Calendar” is open exclusively to pets of Mirehaven residents.

 

Each entry fee is $10 and this guarantees that your pet’s photo will appear in the calendar.

 

Photos must be full color.

 

Limit of 1 pet per entry. Limit 1 pet per photo. If people appear in the photo, we will crop them out. 

 

Photos must be high-resolution (300 dpi or greater). MGB reserves the right to decline a photograph if it is not a large enough file to provide a good quality photo.  You will be asked to send a replacement photo.

 

Photos should be uploaded on our website entry page. If you are unable to upload a photo and wish to provide us with a photograph, please contact us at: DWMPetCalendar@yahoo.com.

 

VOTING

 

The VOTING Period begins on August 1, and ends at midnight, August 30th.

 

Anyone is allowed to vote--so get your friends “inside and outside” the gate to vote for your pet! Remember--this is a fundraiser, so the more money we raise, the better!

 

Votes cost $1 per vote.  Contest votes are tax deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.

 

The pet with the most votes will be the featured pet on the cover of the calendar. The next 12 higest vote-getters will be named a “Munchkin of the Month” and each will be assigned their own month in which their photo will appear on a page with other pets, but their photo will be larger than the others. It will also appear at the bottom of the calendar page.

 

The winning pets will be named at the MGB Wrapup Gala held on August 13, 2025 at the Amenity Center.

 

 

THE CALENDARS

 

Calendars will be made available for purchase online, and will cost $15 each.

 

They will be wall calendars, folding to 8.5” tall by 11” wide or 17” tall when open, and 11” wide.

 

They are full color.

 

 

All of the funds raised from entry fees, voting, calendar sales, and advertising sales will go to our 2026 Charity of Choice:  Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity.
