Congratulations to Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity for being selected Mirehaven's 2025 Charity of Choice.
Since its founding in 1987, Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity has built affordable housing in communities throughout Albuquerque. Although they have a number of different programs, our donations will be going to the one they call Critical Systems Replacement Program.
The Critical Systems Replacement Program is designed to assist elderly seniors and veterans, and/or cost-burdened lower income homeowners with needed repairs to their home.
Some of the more common services they provide include water heaters, swamp coolers, furnace, roof repair, and ADA compliance issues.
